Firstly I would like to say thanks for stopping by and having a look.
On our website you will find information on the services we offer and events that we produce. Sonia and I took over on the 1st of June 2009. We have enjoyed the last 12 months building new friendships and creating a safe environment for our customers to enjoy. This summer the camp sites will be chock-a-block what with the ash cloud hanging over and the strength of the pound not as good as it has been. The longer days and shorter nights are a warm welcome to the harsh winter weather that battered us all and brought some parts of the UK to a standstill.
Holiday makers and families are always welcome, all we ask is you control your children for the sake of other pub users. We are members of the BII trade organisation raising standards in public service. We have introduced real ale back into the Beach Tavern with the house ale being "Sharps DoomBar" from Rock Corwall which won top 50 of the international beer challenge 2006 and one of the fastest growing brands in the UK 2008 a favourite among the locals and well kept by me (Stephan) I learned my cellar craft in the north east of england (newcastle upon tyne to be more accurate) between 1990 and 2000. We also have two other real-ales to choose from which change constantly to give a good variety to our customers.
