The Beach Belles Ladies Club meets on a Monday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm at The Beach Tavern Public House in Pevensey Bay. Wednesday; 11am to Midday
Hi, my name is Mark Goodwin, I am a personal Trainer & group exercise instructor in Sussex. Qualified in weight management, sports nutrition, personal taining & a wide variety of group classes including body balance (a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga & Pilates) Here at The Beach Tavern I lead an informal and light hearted conditioning & flexibility class for an hour. The class is a very effective mix of some aerobic work to increase the efficency and health of your heart and lungs. Along with a little bit of muscular strength/endurance to help keep your metabolism ticking (to burn calories) and to sculpt your body shape, & a big chunk of flexibility work to increase mobility, to release tight muscles, improve posture and leave you with a calm and positive state of mind. The session is available to all levels and options to make exercises tougher or easier are always offered with a personal touch to adapt to your capabilities. If you have any questions or confusion over any aspect of your health or fitness, please feel free to come and ask.....My advice is free. The Class is £5 per person or Free to "Mesomorphia Fitness" Members.

The Great Pub Quiz
Join our regular weekly quiz every wednesday at 8pm for a few laughs and to test the brain cells. £1 entry person maximum team size is 5 Cash prize for the winners. We also run a Meat Raffle on Quiz night tickets are £1 each or 6 for £5

The Last Thursday of the month Sep - May is our Diners Club. A handmade 3 course meal with a choice of 3 Starters 3 Mains & 3 Desserts all lovingly prepared by our food loving team. Dining takes place around a banquet style table.
Pre selection is required along with a non refundable deposit of £7.50 This is a wonderful social evening and see's a lot of the regulars back in at every opportunity.
